The building features a striking glass curtain wall facade with high-performance solar control glazing that reduces energy consumption by 40% compared to conventional buildings.
The tower includes 12 floors of premium Grade A office space, a ground-floor retail podium, two levels of underground parking accommodating 200 vehicles, and a rooftop sky lounge with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.
Smart building management systems (BMS) control everything from HVAC to lighting and security, making this one of the most technologically advanced commercial buildings in East Africa. The building is designed to achieve Green Building certification with features including rainwater harvesting, solar panels, and energy-efficient LED lighting throughout.
